Sandra is the only two-time winner of Survivor.  In fact, Sandra in 24 Elimination Tribal Councils that Sandra has been involved in, she has only had one official vote against her, with two more negated by a Hidden Immunity Idol she played, and those votes were in Tribal Councils 22 and 23.  But as history shows that other contestants don't like the previous winners to get far in the game.

Sandra's first appearance in Pearl Islands was the first time that Survivor allowed booted players to return to the game as the outcasts, which led to Sandra sitting on the Final Tribal Council with one of the returnees Lillian.  Lillian won the final immunity and had to eliminate her or Jonny Fairplay.  Sandra played on Lillian with her family, and persuaded Lillian to take her instead of Fairplay, who was more likely to lose unless he would have been rewarded for his dead grandma prank at the loved ones visit.

In Heroes vs. Villains, Sandra was on the Villains tribe and was a big proponent early on in wanting to get rid of Russell.  Because of this, Sandra was on the 6-3 majority alliance at the time of  the infamous vote where Tyson voted himself out.    After Jerri switched to Parvati's side, Sandra voted one more time for Russell, while Rob was voted out, before teaming up with Parvati (but not Russell) in getting rid of Coach and Courtney.

At the merge the tribes were even at 5.   At the first Tribal Council of the merge, Parvati made her big play by giving Jerri and Sandra Hidden Immunity Idols, getting rid of J.T. and the remaining four Heroes would be eliminated in the next five votes, despite Sandra trying to work with the Heroes to vote out Russell.

In the end, Sandra beat out Parvati in the final vote, but in my opinion, Parvati should have been the two-time victor with the bigger moves.  I believe that Parvati's association with Russell (who was an unknown at the time of the taping) cost her the necessary votes from any Heroes to win.   I've never been a fan of Parvati's game, but in this season she made the right moves that went unrewarded.

In Game Changers, Sandra has to be the biggest target to start out.  The only other player on her initial Tribe who has played more than once is Jeff.   I wouldn't call Sandra a strong physical player, so in an early tribal council, I could see her going home.  But it's been seven years since she's played and maybe others will forget her laid back style of play and let her move into the merge.   That would be a mistake.
