Episode 8 "A Line Drawn in Concrete" Preview

Tonight's Episode:  Zeke is still not trusted by his old alliance,  Sierra/Brad's alliance looks like the ones to beat, as they believe they have brought in Sarah, but Sarah may have other plans.

The immunity challenge is from Brains, Brawn and Beauty 2 and involves spelling IMMUNITY correctly backwards, while balancing a platform with a rope.

Predictions get harder, but here goes:

11.  Zeke--(4)  Zeke still has the biggest target on his back as he betrayed his alliance, but may be needed for other purposes.
10. Sierra(3)--If Zeke doesn't go then Sierra/Brad are the best bets.  Sierra doesn't have the Legacy for the next 4 votes.
9. Brad (9) --Brad is either going to the end or his alliance is going to crumble soon.
8. Andrea (5)--Andrea will be targeted in the minor alliance.
7. Cirie (7)--Starting to play but could get the target, she's wily and could move it off her and onto
6. Michaela (12)--Will probably go in one of the two votes.  Just don't see her going much farther.
5. Debbie (6)--Debbie will be the main cause of her alliance crumbling.
4. Aubry (13)--Aubry could be pulled in to either alliance.  Needs to show some brilliance soon.
3. Sarah (2) --Sarah may cost herself if she gets too wishy washy.
2. Troyzan(8)--Troyzan has an idol and the numbers. Perfect setup for a blindside.
1. Tai (1)--Tai has two Idols.  How will he play them?  Survives the double episode.

Survivor 44--Final Seven

Although I am enjoying the cast of Survivor 44, I can't say I'm enjoying the season.  In the opening episode, a blunt force head trauma at 8:20 into the episode eliminating one promising character on Tika--Bruce and a rock climbing injury at 41:30, that had a lingering effect on Matthew on Ratu led to the first immunity challenge requiring the ridiculous strength of  six people being played with five and eventually four on Ratu as Brandon who had performed the Sweat challenge with Matthew who had to sit out the challenge because of his arm. Ratu unsurprisingly lost the challenge, and Soka at full strength won, which led to the first of four straight women being voted off, prior to the merge.  Matthew and Bruce were the only men to leave before going to the combined beach.   The abundance of advantages/losses, idols and fake advantages were overdone this season, and the tribe "swap" was too fixed. Episode 4 "Dirty Deed" Preview

One postscript from last week's episode.  The end result was not  unlike the rock draw in other seasons and someone deserving to stay, like Jessica last season was lost from the game.    As painful as it was to watch Malcolm leave, it's part of the game.  If J.T. hadn't done what he did, then perhaps it would have been Sierra that left the game. Tonight, Debbie appears to go berserk and get crazy with Brad and Tai, which usually means she stays.  After the twists of the first three weeks, who knows what this week's twist will be and how it will affect the game.
